These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online and on-site ticket purchases, bookings, and attendance related to events promoted or organised through the capricorn-mauritius website.

By accessing the capricorn-mauritius website, purchasing a ticket, or attending any event organised through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the capricorn-mauritius website, ticket purchases, and participation in events organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd, including but not limited to events such as FIGHTCLUB, Queen of the Ring, and other combat sports events.

All events promoted through the website are organised and managed by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Tickets must be purchased via the official capricorn-mauritius website or authorised sales channels

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your personal and payment information

  • Unpaid or incomplete bookings may be cancelled without notice

3. Ticketing Policy

  • Each ticket grants admission to one person only

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by the organiser

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Tickets (digital or printed) must be presented at the venue for entry

  • The organiser reserves the right to request valid photo identification

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Event disruption or cancellation due to force majeure, including cyclones, severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions

5. Event Modifications

The organiser reserves the right to modify, at any time:

  • Fight card or bout order

  • Fighter lineup

  • Event schedule and timings

  • Venue layout or seating arrangements

  • Event end time

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.

6. Admission Rules

  • Right of admission is reserved by the organiser

  • Entry may be refused for safety, security, or behavioural reasons

  • Security checks and bag inspections may be conducted

  • No outside food or drinks are permitted

  • Dangerous items, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited

  • Food and beverages may be available for purchase on-site depending on the event venue

7. Health & Safety

Combat sports events involve inherent risks. All spectators must remain in designated public areas at all times.

The organiser shall not be held responsible for injuries or harm resulting from:

  • Crowd behaviour

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

  • Incidents outside the organiser’s reasonable control

All attendees must comply with venue rules, emergency procedures, and instructions from event staff and security personnel.

8. Photography & Media Usage

By attending any event organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed.

Your image and likeness may be used for:

  • Promotional and marketing materials

  • Social media content

  • Event recap videos and archives

  • Future promotional campaigns related to combat sports events

No financial compensation will be provided for such use.

Unauthorised professional photography or recording is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct

The organiser enforces a zero-tolerance policy. Any individual may be removed from the venue without refund if found:

  • Using abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language

  • Engaging in violent, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour

  • Promoting racism, discrimination, or hate speech

  • Possessing weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items

Respect the sport. Respect the fighters. Respect the venue.

10. Liability

Attendance at events organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd is at your own risk.

The organiser shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries caused by other spectators or third parties

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Acts or conduct of fighters, athletes, sponsors, or external partners

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected solely for ticketing, security, and event management purposes and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the capricorn-mauritius Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
