This Event Policy applies to all attendees, participants, and ticket holders of events organised or promoted by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd through the capricorn-mauritius website.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event organised through this platform, you agree to comply with the rules and guidelines outlined below.

1. Event Overview

Combat sports events promoted through the capricorn-mauritius website are organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd and may take place at various venues in Mauritius, including but not limited to Phoenix Gymnasium.

Events may include, but are not limited to, competitions such as FIGHTCLUB, Queen of the Ring, and other combat sports events organised by the promoter.

2. Ticket Validity & Entry

  • Each ticket grants admission to one person only

  • Tickets are valid for single entry only and will be scanned at the entrance

  • Once scanned, re-entry may not be permitted unless authorised by the organiser

  • Tickets must be presented digitally or in printed form at entry

  • The organiser reserves the right to request valid photo identification

3. Online & On-Site Ticket Sales

  • Online ticket sales may close prior to the event date

  • Physical ticket sales may be available at the venue, subject to availability

  • Ticket availability is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis

4. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

  • Late arrival or no-show

  • Partial attendance

  • Event schedule adjustments

  • Force majeure events such as cyclones, severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.

5. Admission & Security

  • Right of admission is strictly reserved by the organiser

  • All attendees are subject to security screening and bag checks

  • Entry may be refused for safety, security, or behavioural concerns

  • Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff and security personnel

6. Prohibited Items & Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

  • Weapons or sharp objects of any kind

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Alcohol brought from outside the venue

  • Outside food or drinks

  • Professional recording equipment without prior authorisation

Any person found violating these rules may be removed from the venue without refund.

7. Health & Safety Guidelines

Combat sports events involve inherent risks. By attending any event organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Attendees must remain in designated spectator areas at all times

  • Standing on chairs, barriers, or restricted zones is not permitted

  • Emergency exits must remain clear at all times

  • In case of emergency, attendees must follow venue evacuation procedures

8. Photography & Media

Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional, broadcast, and archival purposes.

By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in:

  • Event photography and video footage

  • Social media and digital marketing content

  • Future promotional material related to combat sports events

Unauthorised professional filming or recording is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

The organiser enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour

  • Racist, discriminatory, or hateful language or actions

  • Physical altercations or threats

  • Failure to comply with event rules or staff instructions

Any individual violating this policy may be removed from the venue without refund.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance at events organised by Capricorn Combat Sports Promoter Co Ltd is at your own risk.

The organiser shall not be held responsible for:

  • Personal injury caused by other attendees or third parties

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Incidents beyond the organiser’s reasonable control
